Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@derall.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Products & use

Derall products are not dietary supplements, not pharmaceuticals, and require no prescription. Always follow the directions on the packaging. Do not use if you are under 18, nursing, pregnant, or under medical care. Derall contains caffeine and is not for those sensitive to caffeine.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically at the cadence you select, at the discounted price shown at checkout. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us — changes apply to future orders.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to correct pricing errors. All prices are in USD. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
